Xabo Network Mini Apps Platform Placement Rules for Services
By submitting an application for allocation in the Services catalog, you agree to these Rules, the Xabo Network Terms of Service, the Platform Rules, as well as other applicable special documents of the Website Administration.
The current version of these Rules, which is a public document, is available at https://xabo.net/dev/rules. The Website Administration may make changes to these Rules. Notification of changes to the Rules shall be made by posting a new version of the Rules on the Website at the permanent address https://xabo.net/dev/rules not later than 10 days before the entry into force of the relevant changes.
Please note that compliance of the Service with the following clauses does not guarantee that it will be included in the Catalog.
The Website Administration has the right to conduct preliminary moderation of the Service before its allocation on the Xabo Network Mini Apps platform to check the compliance of the Service with the technical requirements, the provisions of these Rules and other special documents of the Website Administration, as well as the general policy of the Xabo Network Website. The Website Administration reserves the right to refuse to allocate the Service, to terminate or suspend such allocation, to restrict certain functionality of the Service based on the results of moderation without explaining the reasons, including if, as a result of this check, the Website Administration reveals any violations in the Service.
Terms and Definitions
- Service shall mean Xabo Network Mini Apps functioning using the Xabo Network Public API, which is a website displayed in the iFrame or mobile WebView format of the browser version of the Xabo Network website or the official clients of Xabo Network iOS and Xabo Network Android.
- Catalog shall mean a list of Xabo Network Mini Apps Services at https://xabo.net/services.
1. Working with User Data
Access to the User's data and their processing shall be carried out only after the Developer has received explicit, specific and informed permission for specific actions with the data.
1.1. Before accessing the User's data and processing them, it is necessary to provide the User with a confidentiality policy or other similar document regulating the processing of the User's data by the Developer for review and receipt of explicit, specific and informed permission. If there is no such document, the Standard Confidentiality Policy shall be used.
1.2. The User shall understand why the Service requires the specific permission. Permissions may be requested only if they are necessary for the operation of the main functions of the Service, which have already been implemented.
1.3 It is forbidden to use permissions that give access to user or device data for the operation of functions that are not declared, not implemented or are prohibited (for example, audio, messages API).
1.4. Access to the data shall be requested in the context of the Service (using phased authorization). This will help the Users understand why you need the specific permission.
1.5. Use the data only for the purposes for which the User has provided the consent. If in the future you need to use them for other purposes, you will need to obtain the explicit consent of the user thereto.
1.6. Data received by the Service, incl. via API using GET methods, including User IDs may not be used for the purpose of transfer or resale, creation of analytical reports, scoring, etc., directly or through intermediaries, without the express consent of the User and the Website Administration.
1.7. The Developer shall stop processing the User's data, as well as delete the received data at the request of the Website Administration, the User, its representative, the authorized body as well as in other cases stipulated by the applicable law.
2. Content in the Service
2.1. The Service may not be represented as an official product of another application or brand. In particular, using Xabo Network logo, gifts or stickers in the design, using Xabo Network in the name or description of the Service, unless otherwise is stipulated by a separate addendum, is prohibited.
2.2. The Service shall not violate the rights and interests of third parties. If the Service uses someone else's trademarks, copyrights, characters, third-party API and any other content, the exclusive rights to which belong to third parties, this shall be agreed with the copyright holder so that, upon our request, you were able to provide permission to use such materials.
2.3. It is inadmissible to post information on the Service that:
2.3.1. Promotes or encourages illegal actions.
2.3.2. Uses naturalistic images of violence against people or animals, erotic, pornographic materials, offensive materials, obscene language, swear words and expressions.
2.3.3. Contains a description of the means and methods of suicide, and any incitement to commit it.
2.3.4. Promotes and/or contributes to the incitement of racial, religious, ethnic hatred or enmity, promotes fascism or the ideology of racial superiority.
2.3.5. Contains extremist materials.
2.3.6. Promotes criminal activity or contains advice, instructions or guidelines for the commission of criminal acts.
2.3.7. Contains restricted information, including, but not limited to, state and commercial secrets, information about the private life of third parties.
2.3.8. Contains advertising or describes the attractiveness of the use of drugs, including "digital drugs" (sound files that affect a person due to binaural beats), information about the distribution of drugs, recipes for their manufacture and advice on use.
2.3.9. Potentially may lead to illegal actions by misleading Users or abusing their trust.
2.3.10. As well as violates other rights and interests of citizens and legal entities or the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and other countries covered by the functionality of the Service.
2.4. The Service may not have a name identical to the name of another Service in the Catalog.
3. User-Generated Content
This category includes materials uploaded or created by users that are visible or available to several users of the Service. If such materials violate these Rules, they shall be considered unacceptable.
Services that contain user-generated content shall meet the requirements listed below.
3.1. Before creating content and uploading user materials to the Service, it is necessary to accept the terms and conditions or rules for using this Service. If they are not available, the Standard User Agreement shall be used.
3.2. The Developer has defined inappropriate user-generated content and explained that such content is prohibited. This information shall be provided in the terms and conditions or rules for using the Service.
3.3. User-generated content is promptly and continuously moderated. Preliminary moderation, as well as automated moderation (but not limited to it) is allowed.
3.4. The Service provides for the ability to report inappropriate content.
3.5. The Developer shall delete or block the accounts of users who insult other people and violate the terms and conditions or rules for using the Service, as well as delete unacceptable materials within the time limits established by the terms of the Service, but not later than 24 hours after the complaint is filed.
4. Functionality of the Service
4.1. The Service shall comply with the Fundamentals of Working with User Data within the Service .
4.2. The Catalog may contain Services that support operation on iOS and Android mobile clients. If the Service is available on a desktop platform, work in the browser version shall be correct.
4.3. The Service shall undergo a beta testing program before being included in the catalog.
4.4. After the Service is included in the catalog, it is necessary to add new versions to the beta testing program before the release and notify the beta testers of Xabo Network.
4.5. Stub applications that do not carry functional loads will not be allowed to be included in the Catalog. Access to the functionality of the Services included in the catalog shall be provided without the need to leave the Xabo Network Website. The Services that redirect Users to third-party resources may be denied inclusion in the Catalog.
4.6. It is forbidden to limit the functionality of the Service to Users who do not agree to additional actions: send out invitations, publish posts on the wall, add the Service to the quick access menu, receive notifications, join Communities/ subscribe to the page, etc. User actions shall not affect other people directly or indirectly (by sending messages, mentioning friends in posts on the walls, etc.).
4.7. The Services have the ability to send notifications and personal messages to Users on behalf of the Communities to which the user has granted permission. It is forbidden to send advertising messages and notifications, messages the content of which contradicts the Rules for Using the Xabo Network Website, and other messages, the content of which is not directly related to the functionality of the Service.
4.8. The personal data of the User obtained through the Service, such as telephone number, postal address, user identifier (ID), shall be used solely in connection with the functionality of the application. The User shall be warned about the purpose of using the data.
4.9. The Service shall be visually attractive, all elements shall be executed in the same style. The Service may be rejected if its interface is too complex or insufficiently developed.
